Online booking was quick and easy. Van was available ahead of time and brand new! Only minor issue was a little bit of confusion during pickup as the office was unattended at the time. However after a couple of phone calls I was able to get the vehicle with no issues. They were also very accommodating letting me return it in the evening. Thanks guys. Will definitively use again in future!

I never received my bond. Save yourself and don’t book with this pathetic rental company. I was patient on the day of pick up waiting 1 hour and then another 30mins to manually BOOK AGAIN because my name wasn’t found on the booking system, when I had a booking number and everything. I’m fuming because I did everything that was asked and I don’t get my bond back? This review doesn’t even deserve 1 star . Please don’t book I don’t recommend at all🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

The van was a recent model and in great condition, fair pricing and good service. Will definitely use only vans again in future!
