Disappointed with the delivery time - it took 14 weeks for our kitchen island to be delivered.Pleased with the product but nearly lost the will to live. Had to unpack and dispose of a lot of packing material. Would have thought this would be part of the service! We were not offered any compensation. Will go elsewhere in future.

Went to google address when store was ‘open’ ( according to google) and the retail unit at no 26 was ‘ to let’ Don’t waste your time calling in to see their ranges !!! oNLY OAK update your google info !!!

Small bookcase; good delivery, with well protected wrapping. The bookcase looks good, though a little more light in weight and substance than I had hoped.

Delivered quicker than expecting. Good communication regarding delivery. Part of the item broke after having it for a couple of weeks, contacted OnlyOakFurniture, which dealt promptly with the matter and received a replacement part from the suppliers swiftly. Thank you. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the dining table set, quite disappointing - I actually regret buying it. Wobbly, scratches and chips very easily. Chairs uncomfortable to sit on and back support is low and uncomfortable.

I’m not at all impressed with the product service and delivery through Only Oak Furniture. I first had to chase up this order because it was taking so long. I then received no communication although I was told they’d call me back. Never the less the item arrived and was discoloured and in my opinion a disgrace on their behalf, to think this would be acceptable. Look at the photos.
