What we hoped would be a great relationship when it came to buying locally...it was not. In the year that we've been customers, Only Natural Pet Store, has let us down on multiple occasions. We had a standing order of Wholesome Homemade for our dogs...3 times they were out. Twice they sent us 3-6lb bags for the price of the one we normally get. However, this past time they send us the 3-6lb. and charged us more...without letting us know. The charge just showed up! They obviously have supply chain issues...as well as custome... read more
