Terrible customer service. I received an item in the wrong size and they said I could return it for an exchange. They never sent me the correct item. They also have not responded to any of my emails or calls inquiring about the issue. After months of no reply from their customer service I filed a complaint with the BBB and there was no response to their investigation either. How does a company ignore a BBB investigation?
