Took me a while to finally write a review as I was trying to forget the trauma. I had to pull my son out of here and change daycare centres about 10 months ago. He was in the nursery room. When we first started with OAC, the educators were amazing but something changed higher up and everyone started dropping like flies over the course of the last 6 months he was there. Highly recommend Only About Children Williamstown. Great communication by director, Monique with updated newsletters about children's development, new activities and weekly staffing. Consistency of staffing. All educators are attentive and nurturing. They do a wonderful job in creating a safe and positive environment for our little ones. Michelle and Sashka go above and beyond in helping my son feel welcome and settle in when we first started attending there 2 years ago. Thank you!
My son has been attending Only About Children Williamstown since the start of 2024, and we have been very happy with the care and support from his teachers. We were going to enrol our baby here, but backed out after a very unsettling orientation. The environment felt off — unwelcoming, poorly run, and not somewhere we felt comfortable leaving our child. Now, hearing that someone who worked here has been charged with horrific offences against children is absolutely horrifying. It makes me wonder how many red flags were missed or ignored. Families put their trust in centres like this — and that trust has been completely broken
