We love the staff here - we've been attending for 2 years now - however - I wouldn't recommend this centre to anyone due to the fees being out of hand. They now charge over $200 a day which means a lot of it isn't covered by CCS as it is (well) over $150 (which is the cap) - so it isn't ideal for high or low income earners. Everytime the subsidy increases they directly use it as an excuse to keep increasing their fees so you actually end up paying more when the CCS goes up. My daughter had attended for 1.5 months and was happy to go. The room leader was lovely and my daughter liked her. An incident occurred in the Tiny Tots room when the room leader was off for the day - daughter’s nappy was not changed since the morning. When my partner picked her up she was crying and she was not able to walk properly. She was walking with her legs spread a part. When they arrived home her nappy was heavily soiled and full. Our 2 kids have been at OAC for a month and love it. Well organised, great space, good food. Kids always happy when we pick them up. Special shout out to Matt .
