I rarely ever put 1* reviews up but I feel new parents who are considering this care need to be warned. staff are lovely but very little care from management. we sent our kid here for 1 year and amount of staff turn over this place had is ridiculous. over that period I can gradually see the decline in staff quality and almost every week someone new was hired. We pulled our kid from this place and he settled quite well in his new care much easier then what it took us in this place. again I hope my review will help new parents... read more

My daughter attended this centre for around 2 years & honestly by the end, we withdrew her enrolment due to ongoing safety concerns. There is a very high turnover of staff, this is inclusive of both management & also team leaders & educators in the rooms, they rely heavily on agency educators to continue to operate. My 3 year old son is neurodiverse and joined the centre in July. He and our family are treated with such kindness and respect and the entire team make sure he feels included and cared for. This place is exceptional and they always make accommodations for my little one.
