We have had such wonderful experiences within the Nursery 1.2, Toddler 1.1 and Toddler 2.2 rooms over the past few years. Some of the carer's from our beginning have moved interstate or overseas but many remain the same and we love the sense of familiarity. It's a smaller centre on a quiet street which for me was critical for child safety. The Cheltenham branch seems to be ok, but what is with the accounts/billing department? Extremely poor communication, exorbitant fees, fees that don't make sense, take forever to get back to you. Extremely unprofessional and once we have finished the month with our son, we won't be back, nor will we recommend OAC to anyone.

Do not send your child here. Our 1-year-old son suffered second-degree burns at this daycare—yes, burns. We’ve been told this was from a child’s play mat on a 21°C day, which is not only unbelievable but completely unacceptable. The daycare failed to follow basic sun safety procedures and has offered us lie after lie in response to our concerns. There has been no accountability, only excuses. We couldn't be happier with the OAC Cheltenham! The teachers and carers are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely seem to love spending time with the kids. It's so comforting to know that our girls are in such good hands. The staff go above and beyond to keep us informed, regularly updating us on how our children are doing, what they like, and even what they don’t like.
