Customer service is a joke, your service techs lie about speed, talk you like a fool. Way over priced for the service, garunteed 25mbps, im not even pulling 6 on non peak times. My phone gets faster speeds ridiculous Update services has been decent last 2 months. But as I suspected its being throttled or little to no connection. Why pay for something that's so unreliable.!
I love this company. They saved my wedding this past summer. I was putting up lights for the reception and I cut and moved the Satalite. Little did I know it was my internet Satalite. This happened on Friday July 17th after hours for them. I needed that connection for our music and other entertainment we had scheduled for our wedding out here on the farm. For what I paid it never works. When I paid 100 for them to set it up I thought I could get some internet where I live. When it works (when I'm not home) I hear its decent. I understand that I am in the mountians but for me to not have any signal 95% of when I'm home I'm not happy with the service. I would shut it off if it didn't work barely enough for my daughters schooling. She fails every timed test because of the inconsistent signal though.
