ADAM - excellent service. An outstanding representative for your company.
Our bill should reflect the speeds we actually get, not the speeds Online NW says we receive. I have hundreds of screenshots showing our actual speed around 5mb down and .5 mb up, even though we pay for an 11/4 connection. WE NEVER, EVER, EVER get the speeds we pay for.

Our fiber service is among the fastest on the west coast at one of the lowest prices in the country. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and did a fantastic Job of making sure we had the best signal and the dish was located in the proper spot not only for signal but for our satisfaction on the property. I live in Willamina and have the new fiber option here. We are SO very happy with it! Much faster and more consistent than both Wave and Centurylink. Also the customer service is really fantastic. They are prompt, friendly and professional. So nice to be able to work with a company that answers the phone and where you know the technicians by name. I would HIGHLY recommend switching to Online NW.
