It's pretty cool and easy enough to use just be patient filling in all the boxes. I had won an item on Grays, and I got a response to get it picked up within an hour. The price quoted was good.

Requested a quote though Grey's online for an auction. Never even bothered to reply. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
One week passed from the date that they collected my goods from the auction warehouse, I have nothing, not even a tracking number.
Pat and his team did 4 truck loads in there enclosed truck, from our storage to our 40 foot containers. They supplied us with the pallets and shrink wrapped them. Good old school service and good rates. Thank you for making our move soo much easier there suggestions and experience helped safe us time. Much appreciated. They even suggested a trucking company to assist with moving our containers. Thank you and your team.
