Recently ordered from Online tile shop for the renovation of my parents house. We were originally unsure of what would suit the house due to the style and era of it. Online tile team offered a recommendation that worked absolutely perfect with the space. Ordered and paid for a sample tile . After several follow ups from us sample arrived nearly 2 weeks after ordering . We are on the Gold Coast Sample was not a full tile but a cut off section so difficult to imagine what a full laid floor would like from this . The majority of tile suppliers offer a free sample of a full tile . Based on this performance we would not order our house lot of tiles from this business and would not recommend them .
