Only giving one star because there is no option for 0 stars. Ordered and paid for a sample....never received it...emails unanswered. Keep ringing only to be told customer service is unavailable and they will call back. Been a nearly month since ordered and paid. NEVER EVER use this business!!!!

Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are from, but there isn't actually a shopfront here despite having an address and saying they are open. I searched maps for 'open now' so didn't clock until after that they claim open 24 hours. Pretty dodgy in my opinion, I wouldn't chance relying on them for any sort of good product or service.

Sample tile did not arrive within three weeks of ordering, by which time the works were already completed.

Recently ordered from Online tile shop for the renovation of my parents house. We were originally unsure of what would suit the house due to the style and era of it. Online tile team offered a recommendation that worked absolutely perfect with the space.
