Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are from, but there isn't actually a shopfront here despite having an address and saying they are open. I searched maps for 'open now' so didn't clock until after that they claim open 24 hours. Pretty dodgy in my opinion, I wouldn't chance relying on them for any sort of good product or service.

Sample tile did not arrive within three weeks of ordering, by which time the works were already completed.

Recently ordered from Online tile shop for the renovation of my parents house. We were originally unsure of what would suit the house due to the style and era of it. Online tile team offered a recommendation that worked absolutely perfect with the space. Extremely happy with the service, quality and price of the tiles and would recommend to anyone’s project whether big or small! Thanks team

Ordered and paid for a sample tile . After several follow ups from us sample arrived nearly 2 weeks after ordering . We are on the Gold Coast Sample was not a full tile but a cut off section so difficult to imagine what a full laid floor would like from this . The majority of tile suppliers offer a free sample of a full tile . Based on this performance we would not order our house lot of tiles from this business and would not recommend them .
