I ordered samples of three different types of tiles, which I paid for, and I never received them. I called and the woman who answered took my details and said someone would call me back, but no one called.
Only giving one star because there is no option for 0 stars. Ordered and paid for a sample....never received it...emails unanswered. Keep ringing only to be told customer service is unavailable and they will call back. Been a nearly month since ordered and paid. NEVER EVER use this business!!!!
Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are from, but there isn't actually a shopfront here despite having an address and saying they are open. I searched maps for 'open now' so didn't clock until after that they claim open 24 hours. Pretty dodgy in my opinion, I wouldn't chance relying on them for any sort of good product or service.
Sample tile did not arrive within three weeks of ordering, by which time the works were already completed.
