Mr. Forest Dickey at Seattle Will-Call customer service has been fantastic in providing the ordered material, expediously. in answering all my questions. He took it a step further and helped me get my orders to my vehicle, if time permits. Mr. Forest Dickey was exceptional with my customer service needs. Keep up the fantastic work! He's truly a valued team member.
The website makes it easy to find the material that I need, and make sure that we're selecting material types and configurations that are possible to source when we're designing. I often order stuff that I'm going to need in a week or so, and get a notice that it's ready for pick up at will call in a few hours or a day (sometime stuff has to ship from other locations, but I'm always amazed with how quick it is). They held my order “pending” for 48 hours until I called. Customer rep stated my order has just shipped…30 seconds after that I receive “shipment confirmation” email from OnlineMetals but no tracking number OM’s explanation, “because UPS hasn’t scanned it yer”. No explanation of why they took zero action on my much needed order for 2 business days. Very frustrating to be held pending for 48 hours when I could have received the material by then had I used a different vendor.
