worst broker ive ever seen , we booked a load , we had dhd and broker cancelled the load when we were on the way to the shipper , and his shipper said they cannot load us the day we booked , broker offered the load to get next day but when we said its not okay for us , he didnt want to give us a TONU
I've worked with them for over 3 years now. The office is extremely supportive and very knowledgeable about the various aspects of the industry. I've always treated carriers fairly and with respect. I can't speak to other brokers since I don't know them. But everyone at OFS I've ever dealt with has been ethical and professional.
Definitely a quality guy we've got over here. Will not book.
