Zero stars, they gave me a website that isn't functional. Had another clinics information on it. Had a new patient portal that did workat all. I gave them multiple opportunities to fix their problem and they couldn't seem to do anything right. They have also refused to cancel my service for 10 months now and keep charging me. When I call, I receive the rudest and worst attitudes. Please run...run as fast as you can away from them. We had to make our own website which out performs their option in every way. Just sad.
He had some good ideas and gave me some specifics on what I should do to improve my website. Definitely steered me in the right direction.
