Friendly staff! Highly recommend shopping here. Big selection, low prices and high quality furniture. I customized my sofa sectional and was very happy with the design, quality and colour. I shopped around everywhere and found that they had the most affordable pricing. They also included free delivery and set up. Very happy customer.
Avoid this business it has completely failed at everything. 4 months later our order is still incomplete. The sofa was delivered in the wrong colour, and the bed is still missing a part after countless calls and repeated promises of “next week.” We were also charged GST but never received a proper invoice. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it felt like customers were treated as an inconvenience rather than valued clients. The atmosphere was tense, and it quickly became clear that professionalism is not a priority here. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We arrived during the store’s posted business hours, only to find the business closed. We waited over two hours after the advertised opening time before anyone showed up, with no explanation, apology, or communication. Having so little respect for customers’ time is completely unacceptable. Things only got worse from there.
