Driver was all over the Ohio turnpike in very windy and rainy weather on 4/15/2024 at 1:40pm. Had a full load of vehicles on there as well. Doing 70 in a 50 construction zone as the driver cut me off in the Left lane where no tractor trailers belong unless noted. It wasn't noted to be in the left lane.
Driver was swerving all over the road and passing other trucks so he can go 5mph faster than them.
