First Citizens Bank withdrew my money, leaving me overdrawn by almost $2,000. I DON'T EVEN BANK AT FIRST CITIZENS BANK. I had an ACH agreement with a company that banked with First Citizens Bank to withdraw funds from my account. That company closed their First Citizens account last month. Still same issues with the dude that has to continue to chit chat instead of moving on to the next customer. Now there's a girl behind the desk next to him that just stares at you without smiling. Like it's not awkward enough in there.
The Pasadena branch is terrible. They expect you to stand there and wait while they have an extended personal conversation WAY after banking business has been completed. So rude. And it's really hard to find parking. A lot of hassel for horrible service.
