The Pasadena branch is terrible. They expect you to stand there and wait while they have an extended personal conversation WAY after banking business has been completed. So rude. And it's really hard to find parking. A lot of hassel for horrible service.
Great place, friendly people, I don't know what security guard they talking about, there's no security guard here
