I am writing this review in hopes that FCB changes its policy on what would seem like a simple, predictable issue. My wife went to the ATM to deposit her tips from the last couple days. She deposited $1280 in $100s and a few $20s. The ATM returned $60, went RED and spit out a receipt that stated “We encountered a problem returning your cash, please call 1-800 wetf..” Obviously machines break down. Banks usually want to be perceived as trustworthy, strong, reliable, etc. First Citizens is CREEPY. I went to the local branch to open an account. I was the only customer in the bank, and obviously the employees were not busy. Still, Lindsey said that I would need to make an appointment, but had me fill out paperwork right away.
