Exceptional family owned bank
Extremely secretive and elusive. Bank official at local branch was hostile
Service impeccable. Would definitely recommend. The Representative Lindsey that helped me was a very pleasant soul. Very down to Earth and they loved my Dog.
I am writing this review in hopes that FCB changes its policy on what would seem like a simple, predictable issue. My wife went to the ATM to deposit her tips from the last couple days. She deposited $1280 in $100s and a few $20s. The ATM returned $60, went RED and spit out a receipt that stated “We encountered a problem returning your cash, please call 1-800 wetf..” Obviously machines break down.
