I have been with FIrst Citizens since it was Del Amo Savings, have been treated very good by an always very friendly and helpful staff, it's close to home and attentive to my questions or concerns, very glad that out city of Lomita has a First Citizens branch.
Awful bank. I tried to change a $160 check and the manager Tabby didn't want to accept my green card and my driver's license as official ID. She asked me for my MEXICAN passport and visa. She was so rude and had a racist attitude and manners.
