Worse than a collection agency I spoke to Kris Ketcham CFP about my HOA payments. This guy is the most smug, and condescending individual I ever spoke to. He goes on to tell me why my check payments were not applied to the months that I sent them in for creating more fees for the months that payments were initially intended for. This is one greedy and money hungry company. If you can avoid them at all cost do so!. Smiling on the outside while scamming on the outside!
