As a first time buyer working with this business has been a train wreck. Horrible communication skills and they made several choices that cost us a nice house. If you go through this lending company I do not recommend working with Derek Tubbs or Stefanie Stern. Plenty of others will give you the time of day and effort needed to make a deal work unlike these two.
