As a first time buyer working with this business has been a train wreck. Horrible communication skills and they made several choices that cost us a nice house. If you go through this lending company I do not recommend working with Derek Tubbs or Stefanie Stern. Plenty of others will give you the time of day and effort needed to make a deal work unlike these two.
One Trust Home Loans----Kelly Kline outstanding. Our buyers are from another country. He coached them on how to get a credit rating in the US----60 days later, we sold them a house that closed quickly. They are ecstatic. The communication from One Trust was great, we received regular emails with loan progress.

Before meeting with Kelly I was confused about mortgages but he was able to break it down for me in a way that made sense. One trust home loans has got your back when it comes to refinancing and even ADU loans.
I have done several loans through Kelly and found him to be very attentive, knowledgeable, and helped make the process as smooth as possible. I would recommend him and his team if you need to get a residential mortgage.
