I called for information over a 1 1/2 years ago. Tim Potempa refuses to remove me from his call list. Will stop calling and texting only to begin a couple months later.
Stay away from them! Their name should be “NO ONE TRUST”. They transformed our experience to buy a house- that should be super cool, in something absolutely frustrating and infuriating! Zillow Referred us to this Lender. Looked and felt promising at fist communication broke down once we had to get our credit up a bit and just left us reaching out to communicated with them. It should be the other way around thousands of dollars involved would you think. It in their best interest financially. Anyways hit or miss experience here. Didn't get past the upload of documents and ended there.
Unprofessional and poor knowledge. Tammy does not have any knowledge of loan processes and regulations. She ran my credit without my consent nor without receiving a written contract from me. Even the Corporate phone service said she is incompetent for her lack of knowledge regarding credit reports. HomeLoans you lost business because Tammy is unqualified to be running operations. As well as, running credit checks without authorized consent.
As a Real Estate agent you always want to have the best team on your side to help our clients, and Tammy is the best! Always a pleasure working with you , your work ethics , communication, and getting things done in a timely manner is exceptional! Thank you Tammy!
