This is my 3rd time filing with this tax preparer and I am beyond satisfied with the service and professionalism. I just got my taxes done here and I 10/10 don’t recommend. I paid over $700 for her services just for her to put my birthday and my name wrong. Also put my old address instead of my current. I am now waiting much longer than I should have for my taxes, I can’t even move forward with proving my identity and she messed up all of my information and pretty much told me that I’m on my own $700 later after already getting paid. It was a big mistake going to her.
