I recently attended an event on the Carnival Liberty, where Braden, the ship’s insider, provided an overview of the various activities available on board, including shopping opportunities. they double charge for a service that was done in royal carribean I was supposed to get refunded, the service was done on April 24, 2026 after emails and calls I still have not have my money back, every time I contact them is a new excuse. never again I am going back.
If I could give these guys a zero I would. The service was terrible, I was overcharged by $300.00, and their customer service is abysmal. It's been more than 45 days since I contacted them for a refund and have yet to receive it.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before spending money with OneSpaWorld. While on a Royal Caribbean cruise, I purchased a massage service and was subsequently offered several spa products by the massage therapist. After reviewing the products and discussing them with the therapist, I purchased what I believed to be: 2 boxes of Elemis vitamins 2 massage oils 2 cooling creams 1 dry brush The total purchase was nearly $1,000. After a Princess cruise on the Sun Princess, this company charged us double for a massage and 18% gratuities. The battle to receive the simple refund has been the most drawn out process. We got charged 211.22 USD overcharge, now they are offering 211.22 Canadian, a lot less. Ensure you double check your folio's seconds before you disembark to avoid a crazy fight to get your money back!! Will never use the spa again on a cruise that's operated by One World Spa! File a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau.....
