I’ve had to unfortunately deal with this company that I engaged on a Norwegian cruise ship. But had no idea that the spa on board operates independently from Norwegian cruise line ,as I’ve been informed. The Spa’s acupuncturist recommended some spa products on the last full day of my voyage, less than 24 hours before disembarking.
