I booked my sister a massage by Lulu. We were very disappointed with the massage at the quantum. You all should understand and listen to your customers more carefully rather than just listen to your therapists. Yall just cannot our therapist is strong and shut the customer off. That is extremely unfair. When a customer is complaining about something, there has to be a reason.
I'd give zero stars if I could. The massage on the cruise was terrible. The therapist lulu kept trying to sell me products during the massage. Not once, but almost 4 to 5 times until I had to tell her that can we please talk about this at the end. I'm very disappointed. I never asked for a full refund. At least a partial refund for the inconvenience caused by the therapist would be appreciated. Manager Lelani never cared about the customer. All she kept says was Strong Therapist Strong Therapist.
