I Dropped off my taxes May 30 and I still haven’t heard back and it’s been over a month. I called their main line and no one returns my calls. I also called the accountant directly and there has been no replies. I was recommend recommended this place Because the person who tried it bragged about Things being done the same day or within a week. That was not my experience at all.
Did my personal taxes for myself and my family by this gentleman for the first time on recommendation of a friend. Faud was very efficient, knowledgeable and dedicated a lot of time to me and helped file with ease. Everything was done while I waited and we have already received our refund. OneMax tax offers a great service which is very reasonable and would recommend anyone to get your taxes done by them. I will definitely go again next year
