Whomever the employee is that does the follow up calls for missed payments is absolutely rude! Truly need people skill training.

All military and veterans stay clear of this company !!! They will screw you over !! If I could leave 0 stars I really would. The absolutely worst loan company you could ever deal with. Since the beginning nothing but problems and extra hidden fees.. they lied to me and took advantage of my lack of knowledge.. I am a disabled vet with a fixed income and you guys lied straight to my face.. do not give this horrible company your business

One of the dumbest things you can do is let them take out a lein on your vehicle--in other words, don't let them attach your vehicle to your loan, unless you plan on keeping that vehicle until the whole loan is paid off. If you decide to trade in your vehicle to buy a new one, One Main has to be paid off first.
