I've had multiple loans that I've paid off and have been dealing with them for 10 plus years and have never been so much as 1 day late on any of them. I recently went in for another and was mislead and then offered a loan nowhere even close to the amount, or terms I was told after being told I was one of their highest rated customers and had a perfect record with them.
