I had a great experience with OneMain Financial! They helped me through the process of getting a loan, and everything was explained clearly and made so easy. The ladies who work there are incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish and truly cared about helping me. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for financial help!
People that go hear often have very few options, also even though I live hours away from this office they have been the only one I have ever even considered using because they are transparent with the interest rates they explain things clearly and regardless of what people think about these types of loans if it had not been for them recently when my landlord left me high and dry with not paying the electric bill and it was over a grand to cut it back on combined with my severe health issues I wouldn’t have been able to stay ... read more
Pam is very unprofessional and does not communicate with others within the company. I deal with the Culpeper office and always communicate and let them know what is going on and have never had an issue. I had a promise to pay with them and owed less than half of my payment. It was not even a month late. I don't know why Pam from your office was even contacting me but she threatened legal action and garnishing my wages.
