Shanay (Not sure if I'm spilling that right) The branch manager for the Hartsville location went above and beyond. She was very polite, courteous and helpful with an issue that I was having. Definitely recommend for anyone to reach out to her with any issues they are having
Was fast and great staff. Will recommend to anyone
For having a low credit score, they were pretty helpful. The interest rates are a bit high, but they are genuinely good people.
Loan officer was very patient and stayed with me until my Loan was finalized, (from the application through the approval process).
