This so called "Company" doesn't understand what professionalism is. They should have negative star ratings. Phillip is clueless and takes more time at lunch then the office as every time I called, except for once, he was "At lunch" After dealing with his incompetence and lack of follow up for weeks, I scheduled a call to speak with another representative, Emily. 1st scheduled called and allegedly the auto dialer called me but it didn't go though (Make that make sense) I called later in the day and got Phillip who again ramb... read more
I do not recommend this company. After sending me an email stating my loan was approved and pulling my credit, they called me today and the person on the phone was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Customer service was awful. I have excellent credit and a solid financial background, yet I was treated with complete disrespect. They create false expectations and negatively impact your credit without giving you a clear answer. If this is how they treat you before approving a loan, I can’t imagine what it would be like... read more
Shanay (Not sure if I'm spilling that right) The branch manager for the Hartsville location went above and beyond. She was very polite, courteous and helpful with an issue that I was having. Definitely recommend for anyone to reach out to her with any issues they are having
