This so called "Company" doesn't understand what professionalism is. They should have negative star ratings. I do not recommend this company. After sending me an email stating my loan was approved and pulling my credit, they called me today and the person on the phone was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. Customer service was awful. I have excellent credit and a solid financial background, yet I was treated with complete disrespect. They create false expectations and negatively impact your credit without giving you a clear answer. If this is how they treat you before approving a loan, I can’t imagine what it would be like... read more
Shanay (Not sure if I'm spilling that right) The branch manager for the Hartsville location went above and beyond. She was very polite, courteous and helpful with an issue that I was having. Definitely recommend for anyone to reach out to her with any issues they are having
