Applied for a loan and received multiple texts and emails about scheduling a "required" phone call. Over several weeks, I used the scheduling link provided to set up an appointment 5 different times. 2/5 times they called well after the appointment window when I was no longer able to take a call. The other 3 times, they failed to call at all.
