Horrible horrible horrible!!! Onemain in new castle pa is the worst place ever to deal with!! Unprofessional & Rude!! They Should not even be in business!! They have taking 4 unauthorized payments of almost $600 out of our bank account over the last couple months, over-drafting our bank account and to top it off they make my husband and I go out of our way to go to our bank to get “proof” a copy of the transactions to bring to them 30 mins away!!! Takes a few days to get our money back only for them to take it again!! Not on... read more

I have two vehicle loans, one with One Main in New Castle, PA, and one with a completely different bank. NO problems or phone calls from the other bank, but constant harassment by phone and mail from One Main. DO NOT take a loan here, or you'll regret it!
Very disappointed that my family members went through one main in boardman oh got EXCELLENT SERVICE had be referred to pa office and lady answered phone completely rude and wouldn't even help us.. Not get our loan thro them now even being approved
