This is my 3d loan with One Main Financial. My 1st was a secured loan the last 2 was unsecured. Kind of high on interest payback amount. But there flexible on how long you have to repay back. I hope to keep continuing to do work with them. I have recommended to some friends & family. Awesome employees at the Wooster Oh location.
Terrible customer service. Was approached about having a new loan offer after paying on mine on time and then reached out. Spoke with Tabitha and made it seem like everything was super smooth. Didn't call in the allotted time bracket i requested. Then put me on hold for 15 minutea after i told her i didnt have much time to talk. Said ok i have all the information i will call you back... never called back had to call in again today just to find out its not simple and i have to run around with my head cut off for something tha... read more
Mostvunhelpful staff i have ever met lol. The laon is perfect for what we uae it for and we make our payments on time everytime but the staff make ylu almost not wanna even get anything new through them
