Horribly Horrible customer service !!!! Don’t waste your time I should have read the reviews prior to me applying at this location or any of their locations !!!! They make it so complicated waste your entire day !!! bring down your credit points. The Whistler location that woman there has an attitude like if she hasn’t slept in days. You can tell she’s very unhappy!!! They see you waiting to be helped and they Just ignore you. Don’t waste your time!!!
I called because I got pre-approved online; the lady on the phone was really rude, and stated she would call me back and never did.
The online application was straight forward and easy. Once, pre-approved I had to submit verification forms all online with no major issues. Ms. Sandra was amazing and offered great customer service. Received my funds that same day.
