I was very surprised that I was approved so quickly and efficiently ! The rep. worked so well with me - I was very nervous and she calmed me right down. I really needed the financing and she worked it out so well .To pay back the money she gave me a chance to split the monthly pay in two. This really helped !! Also payed an account I had. Recommend my daughter and will also tell everybody about how awasome One Main is! Thanks so .. much for your help. By splitting my payments in half - I can pay them on time. Rebecca Davis
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE GREAT THE MANAGER IS NOT AND DOES NOT WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER. SHE FORGETS THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU OR GIVE BACK THE MONEY THAT IS DUE YOU. VERY RUDE.
