I had a very disappointing experience with Ebony at OneMain Financial. After my documents sat for nearly 72 hours, her communication was abrupt, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. Rather than professionally explaining what documentation could be accepted or discussing possible loan options, including a lower amount or secured loan, I felt immediately shut down and rushed off. Horrible manager rude they sweet until you sign on that line. They tricked my Dad who is a elderly senior citizen to take more then he needed. Now they're harassing him knowing he on a fix income. Having to file bankruptcy to fix this mess scaring him about his credit and he 70yrs old. What more is he going to buy in this life STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Ebony was amazing!!!I had to get back to work she got me in and out, made it back to work on time. If those ladies don’t get a bonus they should. Everytime I need money they always help and explain everything in a simple fashion.
