I have had 3 loans with One Main and as long as you make your payments on time there is no problem. They always treated me right and they are very nice people.
Impossible to get in touch with anyone at this branch. You can call multiple times, leave messages, and they don't bother to call back. But, as soon as they need something from you, they will stalk you until they get what they want from you, smh.
One Main is the bain of my existence. Their rates are SUPER HIGH and they have double charged me TWICE now. Wish I never had to use their services. THIS BRANCH ALSO NEVER ANSWERS THEIR DAMN PHONE unless they are calling for a payment that is already on its way!
