I am disgusted with this office and company. I have been using One Main for over 5 years. I’m almost done paying on my loan with them and they began harassing me trying to get me to apply for a new loan. I get calls from this office all the time and I constantly have to tell them no, I’m not interested. Then, all of a sudden yesterday I get notified that I had an application for a new loan in process and that I needed to finalize a few things. I was very satisfied with One Main they were very helpful and I wasn't push into anything and would use them again
Got told my loan was approved and then told it wasn't. I do have a current loan that is paid on time and a previous loan that was paid off. They blow your phone up daily and even got a text my loan was approved. But yet when I had time to call back they talked in circles.
Experience was great! I received a quick response. Mehul was very knowledgeable, went over everything with me before anything was signed, and made me feel at ease with the process. Highly recommend!
