This establishment has the worst customer service especially Trina. They try to bully you over mistakes and misinformation they provide and get upset when you won’t allow it. They call more than 2 times a day and deny they did. The conversation and tone over the phone gets rude and very disrespectful when you defend yourself. I mentioned to Trina these calls have to be recorded and she stated “Nope they’re not” exact words. I was warned not to do business here, my experience and the 3.9 rating speaks for itself.

I am disgusted with this office and company. I have been using One Main for over 5 years. I’m almost done paying on my loan with them and they began harassing me trying to get me to apply for a new loan. I get calls from this office all the time and I constantly have to tell them no, I’m not interested. Then, all of a sudden yesterday I get notified that I had an application for a new loan in process and that I needed to finalize a few things. I was very satisfied with One Main they were very helpful and I wasn't push into anything and would use them again
