Recent experience with Teresa the manager at Georgetown location Sc. Called the company to explain that my payment was scheduled on the 6th. It was drafted from my account then an additional payment was being drafted on the 17th. An I have other bills coming out my account, an it messed my account up. Nice and friendly staff. Ilsia Murrells is really sweet. A she is very professional, she explains everything in detail. She is definitely the on to go to. She is very sweet and positive, she definitely will help you. She will be your sunshine on a cloudy day.
Honestly, the worst experience I ever had with a loan agency. The lady I worked with drug her feet the whole time and mislead me completely. The lady in the front though when I went in person was absolutely wonderful. I wish I would’ve worked with another agent who would’ve had a more prompt attention to the loan process.
