I’ve been a long-term customer, which is why this experience has been especially disappointing. Customer service and follow-up have not been handled in a timely manner. I was told my application could not be submitted because the office was short-staffed, and that is simply not an acceptable reason for the delay. Service was amazing. Easily got a loan and and the staff was very nice and patient. Always recommend.
Just want to say that Eric the manager is very professional, calm and takes the time to explain things...I've never had a bad experience at this location and Steven is great as well. Thank you for your great customer service to me.
