Went there to make a payment, lady there make you feel like she don’t want you there. Very cold vibe. Telling me to wait in front instead of going to her desk to wait like normal people would.
Email verification code rarely comes through so you have to call. It takes several calls for someone to answer during business hours. Heaven forbid an unexpected expense happens like surgery, vet bill, etc., can’t preschedule a payment for a later date if you are going to be past due. Just have to deal with them constantly calling you and your relatives regardless of what your payment history was prior.
