I got a loan from them and they were really nice at first. *****Warning, don't try and pay it off early!!!***** I refinanced my house and wanted to pay off my loan. They sent me a letter and gave me a pay off amount. I forwarded that amount to my lender and they took the correct steps to pay it off...as per One main's instructions....we called it a day. Because one main had us send it to a lock box, the Lower Burrell Branch did not get the payment till 4 days after the pay off date. The check however was dated for the date... read more
