Absolutely terrible experience. The employees at this branch are rude, unhelpful, and seem completely uninterested in assisting customers. They rarely answer the phone, and communication is awful. I came in with questions about my loan and lien, and instead of receiving help, I was treated with disrespect. A woman in the back accused me of having an attitude simply because I said I was considering bankruptcy and wanted to understand my options. Gulfport MS branch lady hung up on me trying to get answers about a non released lien on a car from 2017. Called the Wilmington location, had to leave a voice mail. FYI when a note is paid off your work is NOT done you need to release the lien then sent title back to the owner.
A joke of a place wish i could get a different branch had an appointment abd they wont call made me drive to the branch which was half an hour away telling me they are only doing phone appointments which would of saved me the trip if they would of answered the phone
This place is a joke! They are NOT transparent at all. I was under the impression we were approved for the loan and only needed to sign the documents. My husband took off and we were here for over an hour and a half and it was just excuse after excuse. They definitely could have provided more information over the phone before having me come in for absolutely nothing.
I love the total experience i get every time i have conducted business with them
