This place is a joke! They are NOT transparent at all. I was under the impression we were approved for the loan and only needed to sign the documents. My husband took off and we were here for over an hour and a half and it was just excuse after excuse. They definitely could have provided more information over the phone before having me come in for absolutely nothing.

For the past 2 days, I have been in contact with this company about getting things situated in order for me to make a purchase. It all began with them asking for statements that I provided to them with an explanation stating they would be different due to being an independent contractor. They stated that would be fine and would not be an issue just to find out it was. I spoke with 8-10 people who all stated something differently from the last person.
