This place is a joke. My 86 old mother has had sum problems making her payments lately. She got a call last night from sum guy there called her a liar and was very rude. I have been up all night w her because she is devastated over the situation. She owes about $200 dollars total and has been w this place since it was American General and has paid thousands of dollars to them. Don't worry u will get ur money when she gets her social security. Absolutely disgusted how this was handled.
