Filled out my application. Called and was told the girl who had my application was closing a loan and would call me back. Never did. I called the next day and spoke to Brianna, who said she had my application. I submitted my documents that were requested, called her back the next morning to confirm the amount I wanted. When I called back that afternoon (Friday, Sept 26th)to finalize everything, Brianna said she would confirm everything and call me back in 10 minutes. Every person I have talked to has been rude. They don't let you finish a sentence (Renee) and they talk down at you (Brianna) like you are a inconvenience. They need to get better customer service skills
