Every person I have talked to has been rude. They don't let you finish a sentence (Renee) and they talk down at you (Brianna) like you are a inconvenience. They need to get better customer service skills
Breanna was very stand offish and came off as rude to me. Just not professional so I decided to not continue to provide anymore financial information to go forward with the application process.
Great people
Breana helped me secure my loan and she was fast and very helpful. One main financial definitely came through for me when I needed help catching up on some bills and getting kids clothes for school.
