When we first began to do business with One Main, they were a good company to work with. They were professional, kind, and worked with their customers. But now, since we moved to Northeast Indiana, they have become like a tyrant to us. They have refused to transfer our account north. And we have absolutely no idea why Frankfort required us to finance a brand new loan with them instead of the branch near us.
