Sara is a very rude and unpleasant manager who makes no effort to help the customer. The employees of this branch absolutely do not want to do their job and only do it if you call the company's customer service. They themselves sent me a loan offer, but in the end their website and links for uploading supporting documents simply didn't work. The following message is to highlight a gentleman named Mr. Brandon Benjamin! He is fast, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! I do not know the first thing about loans and he broke my loan down in a way that anyone over the age of five can easily understand! Although I am over the age of 30 I still haven't accepted growing up! I am blessed that I am in a position to get a loan and in a situation where I didn't need nowhere as much as I took! Brandon should work on his customer service. First off, he called me about 45 minutes before the call I had scheduled with him which was unprofessional. Secondly, he was very judgmental and the verbiage he used describing my credit history was rude and unhelpful. If you have a choice on who you can talk to, pick anyone else besides this guy.
No matter how bad you need money, I DON'T recommend borrowing from One Main Financial. They will call you multiple times a day from different offices if you are ONE day late on a payment. I have almost 300 missed calls from them in under a year. One day they called me 3 times from the same office. I'm high key thinking about reporting them to the government.
