After going through the application process, uploading the documentation and being told I was approved, they had me set up an appointment to sign the paperwork, I got to my appointment on time, I was greeted nicely and was put in a room alone. After waiting 20 minutes I left. Obviously they have problems with scheduling, it would have been nice if they would have called me earlier to let me know they were running very late and I would have rescheduled. Predatory Lender told my wife and I that we were most definitely approved for our loan and that we could close it on Monday at 11am and so we put off our trip to Florida to see our children and Grandchildren because they told us that they couldnt close us on Friday, but on Monday for sure. Well they went back on their word just 3 miles from their office by phone call at 10:45 am. Don't bother with them,they are anything but honest lenders.Hit and Miss Lenders.
