I absolutely abhor the staff at the Marysville branch. They are repulsive and nefarious. Absolute scum.

I got this loan over a year ago, no issues, I was sold a policy in case I got unemployed, the loan officer said it was great and they handle it themselves. I have been laid off for three months now, I went into the office told them the story, showed them the paperwork, filed out the paperwork, they still withdrew for the next month and I had to issue a stop payment because they would not stop the auto payments, They send me letters of non payment even through the insurance is paying which I file every two weeks to makes sure... read more
