We were approved for an unsecured loan. From the get go, we provided them with all documentation and made this clear. They had provided us with both an unsecured and secured options. We didn't want a secured loan, as it was just temporary, to get us through a brief time of tight finances. The staff is very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The office Manager personally came up to me and explained some things about the loan prior to Angel taking over. It was greatly appreciated.
Talk to customer service & i was trying to get a loan for my car. And they have the nerve to say my 2011 $25,000 car is worth only 12,000 with only 65k !! Unprofessional !!
