had a very disappointing experience at OneMain Financial. I visited twice, and on both occasions, the employee at the third desk on the right was rude, impatient, and lacked basic customer service skills. During my first visit, he had me stand for the entire application process without offering me a seat. Throughout the interaction, he spoke in a loud, harsh tone that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Me and my husband applied for a loan on line within a 25 day period I ended up with 2 hard inquiries with in a 4 days and a loan rep (Brenda)who did not have a clue on what she was doing it took us 25 days and we finally was at the closing period and the system failed to verify my husband and I identy do not go to the branch in Albany ga it will be a waste of time i really thought the lady( Brenda) who handle our loan was sincere about helping us but she could've tried harder to close our loan with them I will never apply fo... read more
After Laura left it has been such a disappointment. I have recommended this place to family and friends for years but no more. I’ve been in the customer service industry all my life and this is an embarrassment to the industry. Answers that would take a few hours now take weeks. The process of getting anything done is a complete joke. I don’t know why Laura left but they lost a big piece of the puzzle. Not caring is bad but not caring and showing it in your actions to customers is next level bad
Working with Nynika at the Savannah, Ga location was stupendous. Very professional polite, kind, and thoughtful. I am very satisfied with choosing One Main financial and I’ll recommend her For anybody who is in need of a loan
