After Laura left it has been such a disappointment. I have recommended this place to family and friends for years but no more. I’ve been in the customer service industry all my life and this is an embarrassment to the industry. Answers that would take a few hours now take weeks. The process of getting anything done is a complete joke. I don’t know why Laura left but they lost a big piece of the puzzle. Not caring is bad but not caring and showing it in your actions to customers is next level bad
Working with Nynika at the Savannah, Ga location was stupendous. Very professional polite, kind, and thoughtful. I am very satisfied with choosing One Main financial and I’ll recommend her For anybody who is in need of a loan
I was pre-approved online, then had to do another application which is a hard pull on my credit. Was still approved. Waited hours for a call, so I reached out via email to this location, only to not even get a response back. I absolutely understand it may be because I was denied after the fact, but the adult/professional thing to do would be to at least have the decency to respond to someone’s inquiry to your price gouging loans in the first place.
