I have been trying to receive the correct amount of my payoff since the 19th. They send me emails with the wrong amount every day, I already have 5 recordings of their calls telling me a different amount than what they send me by email, I was advised by a lawyer to let them charge the wrong amount. because after the completed infraction. I can sue them! Go ahead, charge more than I owe and include insurance in the car payoff, I never signed for this. It will be a pleasure to receive interest and correction in the future
I must admit this was a most pleasant experience I've had in a while. Customer service of old is not given out anymore. Folks are rude and down right angry they have to work. The process was simple and easy to start my on line application. Set a time that worked for me to speak with someone to move to the next step. Submitted my needed documents.
